Print & Grain is not responsible for errors provided by the customer after production has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Because most products are custom-made, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:

- The item received is incorrect due to our error
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and photo documentation may be required.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
